Mary Seid
Mary Seid is the founder of Hera Wellbeing. She’s spent her career in marketing and communications, primarily agency-side, but most recently in a consulting role. While she loved her jobs, her favorite part of work always centered around helping clients identify and achieve their goals, helping team members learn and grow and mentoring younger colleagues.
She has two children and dealt with postpartum anxiety after both pregnancies. This plus her experience with the return-to-work transition led her to prioritize her health, take a look at her daily life and make some changes. It took time, a lot of support and individual work. Now it’s her turn to help – to share what she learned and help other moms feel less alone. Life can be stressful and hectic – but it doesn’t have to be.
Susie Ade
Susie Ade is a certified career and leadership coach (CPCC, ACC) and former Google program leader with 10 years of experience in culture, well-being, and team development. She now specializes in helping first-time parents navigate the transition into working parenthood, combining career clarity, emotional support, and sustainable systems for balance.
A mom of two young daughters, Susie’s own return-to-work experience — and the lack of postpartum support she faced after her second child — fueled her mission to make sure no parent has to figure this stage out alone.
